In the midst of the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of the today’s world, many of us will experience difficult times and become overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, suffer from low mood or feel simply exhausted with life.

I am a graduate, fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I work holistically, using several approaches integratively which allows me to tailor my approach to your needs, after all we are all unique individuals.

Through open and non-judgmental conversations, I can help you organise your thoughts and feelings and gain clarity. I can help you develop coping strategies, enhance your self-awareness, build confidence, and encourage you to foster resilience to be able to deal with the demands of modern life.

Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings? One to One counselling offers personalised sessions tailored to your needs.

I will work with you in a non-judgmental environment, allowing for free expression. Whether facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, I’ll ensure you feel heard and understood.

I will help you develop coping strategies, gain insights into your emotions, and set practical goals.

With flexible scheduling and a commitment to confidentiality, I’ll aim to make the process comfortable and accessible. Take the first step towards positive change today.

    To facilitate this I offer an initial trial session at the reduced rate of £25 for an hours session.

    1 Hour £25
